Our new maintenance + hosting plans include an SSL security certificate and hosting for our clients if required, use of our pro-security plugins that we subscribe to, WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates. We perform malware and security scanning to check for any potential issues and perform site restoration from backup if required. Monthly reports are also included on your website’s health and performance.
Need editing and support? Be sure to choose a plan that includes time.
All care clients are provided with a discount on their editing and support time. Discounted time is included in packages 2 and 3

We provide the online environment needed for your site to be displayed on the internet. We also include an SSL certificate to show visitors your site is secure.

This package is ideal for simplistic, static, informational websites that do not require changes. It includes all of the above-listed maintenance tasks required to keep your WordPress healthy and up to date but does not include any editing & support time.

This package is perfect for standard business websites that require a little editing along the way. Includes all of our basic care plan, as well as 30 minutes of editing & support time per month that can be used to make site edits and adjustments.

For eCommerce, or frequently changing sites that require more editing beyond initial website development.
This package includes all of our maintenance plan items, as well as 60 minutes of editing & support time per month that can be used to make site edits and adjustments.

Frequently Asked Questions
WILL I NEED MAINTENANCE?
Just like any software, WordPress needs updating and the plugins that give it functionality will have “patches” or updates that fix issues, or prevent hackers from gaining access to your site. Monitoring and maintaining your website is essential to keep it running smoothly.
WHAT DOES EDITING & SUPPORT TIME COVER?
This time can be used for email and communication support for our clients needing advice or who have a question related to their website.
Most editing requests for edits involve updating pages, links, images, and text, or adjusting responsive views on mobile or tablet.
Externally hosted site issues are not included or covered, but we can use your editing time to assist your host with troubleshooting.
Technical support for software or plugins added to give your website additional functionality is not covered under maintenance. Plugins often come with their own external support team, but depending on the technical ability needed to resolve the issue, it’s good to have some editing time on hand to assist with adjustments when needed.
Malware cleanup costs are also excluded and may require editing time, however, we do offer a free website restoration from backup if needed.
WHAT ELSE WILL I NEED FOR MY WEBSITE?
You will need to provide your images, website information and domain name for your business website. You can provide your own domain (recommended), or we can supply one for you at an additional cost. Please note that domains are not included in our maintenance and hosting plans.
WHAT IF I NEED MORE EDITING TIME?
Should additional editing time be required, we also offer a discount to all monthly maintenance clients on our editing time.
WHAT IS A DOMAIN?
A website domain is a name that will represent your business online. It begins with www. and ends with an extension like .ca or .com for example. This is how your customers will find you online.
WHAT IS HOSTING?
Think of website hosting as a virtual storage area that holds all the files necessary for your website to be viewed online. This is one of the initial pieces needed in order to move online.
WHAT IS AN SSL CERTIFICATE?
An SSL certificate is how your site visitors know your website is encripted and safe to visit. It changes your “http” to “https” (the “s” is secure”) and displays a little lock on the left side of your domain name. Without it, visitors will be warned that your site is unsecured and recommend that they do not proceed onto your site. We include SSL certificates with our hosting plans.
WHAT IS A WEBSITE RESTORE?
We offer technical assistance to our monthly maintenance clients to revert back to an earlier version of their website if, for example, a break occurs from site changes.
WHAT IF I DON'T USE MY EDITING TIME?
We offer our editing as a client-prioritized monthly retainer fee for when edits or support is needed. If it’s not needed during the month, we allow clients to combine 3 consecutive months of editing time into one.
